IHRPD monitors human rights in Eurasian emerging nations, with the view to preventing their violations.

By examining the links between human rights and sustaining peace, IHRPD makes policy recommendations for conflict prevention.  

IHPD is committed to developing research, and publications in areas of scholarship related to peace, war, humanitarian aid, and constructive conflict resolution across Eurasia.
